NADIA LESLIE

Cert 1v fitness , group fitness and outdoor trainer, nutrition coach and qualified technical lifting coach. Pre and post natal qualified.

I've been a qualified Coach/PT and nutrition coach for the past 20 years.  I have a back ground in competitive Ice Skating where I had the opportunity to represent Australia and find my love of sport. Having been an athlete before gave me the passion to want to work with others that want to become more physical.

I also love seeing people get strong fit and healthy!

My new passion is HYROX fitness comps. I started this at the age of 41 and placed 6th in my first comp and took 3rd place in women's pro in my second comp.

So I'm a big believer in talk the talk and walk the walk. But also that age should not stop us from being the best we can be.

"Fitness is a way of life for me and that is why I have the passion to want to share that with people who want to improve their own lifestyle."
