Perfect Fit - This class is for people that want to improve their cardiovascular health.

Perfect strength - For those clients that want to be STRONG, improve power and stabilty.

Pilates - Designed to focus on your core, stability and strengthening the smaller muscles groups, which reduce injuries.

Restore: focus on core strength and mobility.

Stretch: A chance to recovery your muscles and stretch.

Hybrid : Mix of Perfect strength & Perfect Fit 75/25 split

Boxing : Focus on building cardiovascular health and upper body endurance

Outdoor: combination of running training incorporating a mix of speed, agility and conditioning as well as light resistance strength training.
